Hội nghị đã thảo luận và thống nhất điều chỉnh một số chỉ tiêu trong nghị quyết như sau:
1. Về NCKH- chuyển giao TBKT
– Tổng kinh phí đề tài đạt tối thiểu 26 tỷ.
– 05 sản phẩm tiến bộ kỹ thuật được công nhận.
– Đạt tối thiểu 30 bài báo khoa học.
2. Về sản xuất giống và chuyển giao con giống
Hoàn thành và vượt kế hoạch được giao tối thiểu 10%.
3. Đào tạo cán bộ, nhân sự
– Hoàn thành đào tạo 02 Tiến sỹ, 04 Thạc sỹ
– Thạc sỹ phải tham gia/chủ trì thực hiện nội dung đề tài và có báo cáo khoa học
4. Chăm lo đời sống vật chất và tinh thần
– 100% CBCNV tham gia khám sức khỏe định kỳ (1 lần)
– 100% CBCNV tham gia nghỉ mát hàng năm (1 lần, toàn Phân Viện)
– Thu nhập CBCNV toàn Phân Viện tăng tối thiểu 6% so với năm 2020.
Bên cạnh đó hội nghị đã bầu ra Ban thanh tra nhân dân mới nhiệm kỳ 2021-2022. Thông qua danh sách đề cử, tiến hành bỏ phiếu trúng cử ban thanh tra mới bao gồm 3 đồng chí:
– Đ/c Đậu Văn Hải
– Đ/c Hoàng Thị Ngân
– Đ/c Phan Văn Sỹ
Bầu đại biểu đi dự Hội nghị CBVC Viện Chăn nuôi năm 2021
– Ban giám đốc Phân Viện: 02 người
– Phòng Khoa học và HTQT: 01 người
– Phòng Kế hoạch Tài chính: 01 người
– Phòng Tổ chức Hành chính: 01 người
– Các Trung tâm: 06 người
Kết húc hội nghị thông qua nghị quyết Hội nghị đại biểu viên chức, người lao động năm 2021 với đồng ý 100%CBCNV tham dự.
